If you are unhappy with the goods received I will refund the item if they are sent back in new resaleable condition within 14 working days along with the original receipt. I may require photo's so please e mail mcslots@hotmail.co.uk I suggest for your protection you use signed or registered postage. Any refunds will be issued once I have received the goods, in their original condition. The refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. In some circumstances I will pay for returning the goods depending on the situation. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not effect your statutory rights.
